FAQs
1) How do I apply to participate?
If you haven't yet registered for Wild West Vet, you can select your interest in 1:1 meetings at checkout in the add-ons menu. If you have already registered, you can head to your attendee portal through the link in your confirmation email, and select 1:1 meetings in the "Products" menu.
2) When do I find out if my application was accepted?
After registering and selecting your interest, our team will contact you starting this April regarding questions about your practice and the types of products and companies you are interested in meeting with. Participants will be confirmed by June.
3) Is it free?
Yes, participation in this program is completely free for practice owners.
4) How will you match me with suppliers?
We will send you a questionnaire to gather information on what solutions you are looking for, which will allow us to match you with suppliers that best fit your needs.
5) How long are the meetings?
Each scheduled meeting is 20 minutes.
6) When will the meetings happen?
They will take place on October 15 and 16. Closer to the show, you will be able to view your exact meeting schedule on the US Vet Shows app, which you can download here.
