Alsmot all dental procedures will creeate some to significant pain and inflammation, therefore managing this is critical for patient welfare. This lecture will present a variety of pain management techniques including NSAIDs, opiods, and alpha 2 agonists. Finally, equipment and techniques for regional anesthesia will be presented.
