Attendees will learn how to repurpose everyday supplies and build customized training manikins for CPR, phlebotomy, and foundational anesthesia. Guided step-by-step and supported by optional EVT-designed components, participants will leave with a functional model and a framework for ongoing team-based training.

Great training does not happen in isolation. It happens when teams come together to build, practice, and refine skills with purpose. This interactive session shifts the mindset from do-it-yourself to do-ittogether, empowering participants to create impactful, hands-on training tools using materials already available in practice.
