What is my practice worth for Seller or Buyer?

This practice value session will give attendees the basics to do their own estimate of what their practice is worth. We will be talking about the mechanics and information that is needed to do a practice valuation of your practice including discussing the multiples used to find the goodwill value. We will discuss why some practices may not have any goodwill value. Those practices will only be worth the tangible assets. We will discuss the difference between the tangible and intangible assets. Should you sell or fix, that is the question.
