Ocular Emergencies: What to Treat Versus Turf, Part 1

The purpose of this talk is to discuss assessment, stabilization, and management of ophthalmic patients presenting on an emergency basis. In this session, we will discuss proptosis, corneal lacerations and foreign bodies. 

• 1) To discuss diagnosis and surgical management of proptosis.
• 2) To know how to assess and stabilize patients with corneal lacerations and foreign bodies.
