Practice Sale Prices have changed both to Corporate and Private Buyers

This course will alert attendees that veterinary practice sale prices are going down. We will discuss why
sale prices are going down and why some practices are not saleable in the current market. We will
discuss how sale prices are determined and what effects that valuation. We will discuss the difference
between the fair market value (FMV) and an investment value. Prices are affected by the buyer’s needs
and the changing market.
