The impact of lateral violence (bully and hazing) and likely impacted the majority of individuals in veterinary medicine. How do these behaviors develop? How can a hospital's leadership manage these individuals? Especially if that hospital is short staffed? This talk will provide tools for: 1) team members working with someone who contributes to lateral violence, 2) hospitals managing a culture that has developed lateral violence, and 3) individuals who are the source of lateral/vertical violence.
