Dr. Tiffany Tupler, DVM, CBCC-KA graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine with a certificate in shelter medicine. Before enrolling at the University of Florida, she spent 15+ years working as a board-certified veterinary technician in specialty medicine with an interest in surgery and anaesthesia. As a veterinarian, she received certificates in the human-animal bond and fear-free for shelters. She worked for 10+ years at various animal welfare organizations helping create outreach programs and access to services in underserved communities. Dr. Tupler has been with Chewy Health for 3 years working within the Connect with a Vet team. Her professional interests include community medicine and accessibility to care, shelter medicine, veterinary forensics, disaster response, and small animal behavior. She devotes much of her time assisting domestic and international animal welfare organizations with community medicine and high volume/high quality spay neuter projects.
