Steve originally joined Omni Healthcare Real Estate as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in 2006. Steve has worked with doctors every day who are looking to buy a building or lease a space for their new startup, relocate an existing one, or open an additional practice. This has given him a unique opportunity to understand and negotiate the terms that will best meet medical professionals’ goals - now and in the future. Steve has also represented landlords and building owners to help secure tenants and/or sell their properties with an emphasis on maximum market exposure. In 2023, Steve’s area of expertise was expanded to include the role of Veterinary Practice Transition Consultant, responsible for veterinary practice transitions in the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. He has a breadth of knowledge in the veterinary industry. He listens to and understands what veterinarians value and how to best assist them with their goals. Whether buying or selling a veterinary practice or working with a doctor starting from scratch, his comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry and how it relates to healthcare professionals makes him an invaluable asset.
