With over 30 years of experience—including independent practice ownership, corporate acquisitions, and advisory services—she brings a unique perspective to veterinary business and career development. Dr. Fitzpatrick holds a DVM and BS from Colorado State University, is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and has spoken at major veterinary conferences nationwide. She is passionate about mentoring students, early-career veterinarians, and practice owners on valuation, succession planning, and building sustainable careers.
