Meditation with Mindfulness Movement

This class begins with a combination of restorative Qi Gong movements and gentle yoga poses to calm the nervous system and loosen tension in the body. Basic meditation instructions will be given prior to a short meditation session. The overall focus will be on mindfulness of breath and body to develop awareness for everyday life.

  • Settle and calm the body and mind.
  • Learn techniques to develop awareness.
  • Have an enjoyable experience to bookend a long day at the conference!
