What Happens After I Sign Up For The Conference?

Once you are registered you will:

  • Receive a confirmation with your registration code and receipt.
  • Be the first to hear about program and speaker updates.
  • Get exclusive news and discounts from our exhibitors.
  • Your attendee badge will arrive in the mail a few weeks before the conference.

How Can I Make Changes To My Registration?

You can edit your registration details any time by calling us at +1 646-437-9080 or emailing wildwestvet@closerstilmedia.com.

Please be aware that we send our tickets by mail prior to the conference. You may edit your details until the end of August to receive your amended ticket by mail. Alternatively you can also edit your details onsite. 

How Much Does It Cost To Attend?

Please refer to our pricing table below. The sooner you register, the more you save. Prices increase as the conference date nears. The conference pass currently costs 399$ and further discounts are available for group bookings an students.

Your Wild West Vet full conference pass provides you with unrestricted access to all content at Wild West Vet including:

When Will I Receive My Ticket?

Your ticket(s) are being sent prior to the show via mail. The mailing commences early September, if you signed up after August you can print your ticket onsite at the registration area using your registration code that you have been emailed previously with your attendee confirmation.

Can I Cancel My Registration?

If you are not able to attend once you've registered, your pass is transferable to another member of your practice. Cancellation policy: Attendees may receive a 75% refund up until December 20, 2019. Before February 28, 2020, we refund 50% of the registration fee. Until June 26, 2020, we refund 25% of the registration fee. After June 26, 2020, no refunds are being given. Can I Transfer My Ticket To Another Person?

If you are not able to attend once you've registered, your pass is transferable to another member of your practice at any time. Please contact us by calling us at +1 646-437-9080 or emailing wildwestvet@closerstilmedia.com to transfer the ticket.

How Can I Pay For My Registration Fees?

At the moment we only accept the registration via any VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Solo. Please note that all fees need to be paid in full at the time of registration. If you have any issues registering please contact us at +1 646-437-9080 or send an email to  wildwestvet@closerstilmedia.com.

Can I Purchase A Ticket To  Visit The Exhibit Hall Only?

Yes, you may purchase a ticket for the exhibition only by calling us at +1 646-437-9080 or emailing wildwestvet@closerstilmedia.com.

Are There Any Discounted Tickets Available?
