Florida Veterinary Advisors is a national personal and business financial planning firm dedicated exclusively to veterinarians and practice owners. Founded by Tom Seeko, CExP™ and CJ Burnett, CExP™, the firm helps align personal finances, business strategy, and exit planning to support long term lifestyle and retirement goals. Both founders hold finance degrees from the University of South Florida, are fully licensed advisors, and maintain Certified Exit Planning designations. Since founding FVA in 2014, they’ve served veterinarians nationwide through income protection, debt strategies, practice transitions, and education as co-hosts of the Smarter Vet® Podcast, co-authors of Unleashed: The Financial Clarity Every Veterinarian Needs, and frequent speakers at national veterinary conferences. Their presentations are designed to provide practical, actionable strategies that attendees can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives.
